Wicomico County Passes C-PACE Enabling Legislation

C-PACE in Maryland continues to grow as Wicomico County Council passed legislation enabling local businesses to take advantage of C-PACE financing. C-PACE will allow low utility bills for building owners, while also providing environmental benefits in the county. Wicomico is now the 15th county in MD to pass C-PACE enabling legislation to benefit their businesses. Wicomico also becomes the first county on the lower Eastern Shore to opt-in to the MD-PACE program.
